• Do not provoke the kidnapper and instead comply with his/her request for a letter or recording for a ransom demand.
• If the kidnapper covers your eyes, try to remember the surrounding’s sound and smell, the kidnapper’s voice, and the road condition during moving as much as possible.
• Stay healthy while waiting for a rescue, and lie with your face down on the ground during a rescue operation.

• Do not be embarrassed, and follow the hijacker’s instructions.
• If the hijacker talks to you, answer him calmly, and refrain from doing anything that would attract his attention.
• Keep lying with your face down as it is difficult for the rescue team to distinguish passengers from terrorists.
